MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Cement Truck Operator works as part of a team to ensure all daily operational activities are performed in accordance with our policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our people and service delivery to our customers. A successful Cement Truck Operator will perform assigned duties while striving for excellence. - Leads the planning and execution of high profile / complex job treatment programs; delegates responsibilities and provides instruction and direction on job operating procedures to all field crew members
- Partners with managers to plan the logistics of the job
- Ensures field staff members arrive to job on time and correct equipment/materials are ready for job
- Conducts pre-job operating procedures and safety meetings with field crew; reviews treatment program with customer prior to starting job
- Instructs field crew of rig-in specifications; may assist in rigging operations as needed
- Ensures treatment is running correctly and efficiently; monitors equipment and operations
- Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues
- Builds customer relations and provides superior customer service and technical support to client
- Follows-up with external and internal customers to ensure job was executed to expectations
- Ensures all field personnel paperwork (fuel reports, log books, job tickets, post job treatment reports, T) is completely and accurately filled out, audited, and approved
- Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water pre-and post-trip
- All other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE & WORKING REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- 5+ years oilfield service experience
- 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience
- Commercial Driver’s License Class A or B with Tanker endorsement or able to obtain within 60 days
- Previous experience working on plugging and abandonment operations, experience with reverse unit operations, calculate weight and density of cement as needed
- Demonstration of competence on pumps and pumping equipment
- Knowledgeable of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships as part of a team
- Willing and able to continuously increase knowledge, skills and abilities
- Can work flexible schedules and overtime as required
- Can perform in outdoor working environments in extreme temperatures and conditions
- Must provide proof of right to work in the United States, have a clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen and background check
