Detailed Description:
- Responsible for the safe operation of bulk equipment, rig-up of iron, and high-pressure pump operations during service delivery in accordance with customer designs and KPIs.
- Maintains the integrity of discharge iron installations.
- Prepares cement pumping equipment for the well site.
- Performs equipment function checks in preparation for jobs.
- Utilizes real-time data under dynamic job conditions and communicates results to the appropriate personnel at the site.
- Drives company light-duty and commercial vehicles as required.
- Promotes safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and actively participates in quality improvement processes.
- Conducts pre-job and post-job safety meetings to identify hazards and risks.
- Completes the rig down of equipment and ensures cleanliness upon return to facilities.
- Assists with blow down, field bin movement, and vertical silo relocation.
- Ensures a high level of efficiency and readiness in equipment operations.
- Performs work independently and assists other employees as directed.
- Complies with customer and company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Participates in safety meetings to identify and mitigate risks and hazards.
- Completes a respirator fit test as required.
Job Requirements:
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of and compliance with DOT rules and regulations.
- Understanding of company policies, HSE standards, and PSL guidelines.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining bulk equipment, high-pressure mixing pumps, blenders, and auxiliary equipment.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment and cement heads.
- Proficiency in rigging up and rigging down high-pressure iron and other equipment.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English for effective communication and instruction.
- Strong mathematical skills for job-related calculations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Basic computer skills.
Language Comprehension:
Must understand and speak English at a level sufficient to issue, receive, and respond to both safety and operations-related directions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 2 years.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- HAZMAT Endorsement
