Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble concrete forms for production.
• Apply oil release agent to molds to ensure proper concrete release after curing.
• Inspect concrete forms to ensure they are filled properly and free of air bubbles or defects.
• Remove excess concrete from molds and finish surfaces as needed.
• Clean and maintain molds, containers, and work areas throughout the shift.
• Pick up debris and keep the production area clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work efficiently in a hot manufacturing environment while meeting production goals.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, concrete forming, manufacturing, or general labor is preferred.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a hot, dusty manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality concrete production.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
