Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
