Job Description

We are hiring a Class A CDL Driver for a steel fabrication company delivering fabricated steel products to customers throughout Minnesota. This is a full-time, home-daily position with steady work and a strong team environment.

Drivers will safely transport and deliver steel materials while maintaining professionalism and strong customer service. This role requires experience operating delivery trucks, handling materials, and working around fabrication shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver steel fabricated products throughout Minnesota

• Load, unload, and safely secure steel and fabricated materials

• Operate 1-Ton trucks, Straight Trucks, and Semi trucks

• Follow assigned routes and maintain delivery schedules

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections

• Complete DOT logs and delivery paperwork

• Obtain delivery confirmations from customers

• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, magnets, rigging straps, and clamps

• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required

• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience

• Clean driving record

• Ability to pass DOT drug/alcohol screening

• Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (or ability to obtain)

• Forklift and material handling experience required

• Manufacturing or steel environment experience preferred

• Ability to read material lists, routers, and basic blueprints

• Basic math and tape measure skills

• Oversized load experience is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $22–$28/hour DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift | Home Daily
