In this role, you will operate three‑axle tractor and trailer equipment to transport materials across distribution and production locations, perform daily equipment inspections, and support warehouse and production teams through timely, accurate material movement. You’ll load and unload freight, coordinate closely with supervisors, operate forklifts as needed, and play a key role in maintaining safe, seamless logistics operations across our facilities.
Here's what we’re looking for :
A completed High school education is required.
Hands‑on experience operating three‑axle tractor‑trailer and forklift equipment, with pride in safe, efficient material movement.
A strong safety mindset and attention to detail when completing inspections, fluid checks, and equipment reviews at the start of each shift.
The ability to stay organized and follow work orders accurately to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Clear and professional communication skills that support coordination with warehouse teams, supervisors, and vendors.
Confidence hooking and unhooking trailers and handling air lines and equipment connections correctly.
A valid Class A (or Class 1) California driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and required DOT and Hazmat certifications.
A dependable work ethic and flexibility to support a fast‑paced distribution and production environment.
A team‑oriented approach with a strong commitment to safe work practices and operational excellence.
Here is What We Offer You:
CDL Driver starts at $34/hr. Team members will receive a $0.50/hr increase at 6 months of employment and a $1.00/hr increase at one year of employment.
Any shift that starts from 12 PM or later (off-shifts) also receives a $3/hr shift differential.
Quarterly and holiday bonuses are available.
Accrue 15 paid days of vacation time off the first year plus 5 days of sick time off.
