Now Hiring: CDL Class A Truck Driver (Cross-Border)

Formerly Duratech, a new division of American Roller Company, we are expanding and looking for a CDL Class A Truck Driver who brings more to the table than just driving. In this role, you’ll serve as a key representative of our company delivering high-quality refurbished rubber and urethane rollers while building strong relationships with customers across the Midwest and Canada.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional and cross-border routes (U.S. & Canada)
• Pick up and deliver industrial rollers, ensuring proper handling and protection
• Serve as a customer-facing representative, building relationships at delivery and pickup locations
• Communicate customer feedback and opportunities to internal teams
• Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch and plant operations
• Assist with loading/unloading and verify shipment accuracy
• Maintain logs, inspections, and DOT compliance
• Represent the company professionally at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Ability to travel to/from Canada (passport or required documentation)
• Clean driving record and active Clearinghouse status
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
• Strong navigation skills (GPS, routes, directions)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
• Dependable, safety-focused, and professional
• Ability to meet physical job requirements

Pay & Benefits

• $0.65 – $0.70 per mile (based on experience)
• $35 per stop
• Weekly pay
• Additional earning opportunities (detention, performance incentives)
• Average annual earnings: $70,000 – $85,000+

Schedule & Travel
