We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual who is ready to take on the dual role of driving and material handling. The driver position involves operating Class A commercial vehicles, including day cabs, tractors, and flatbed or 53-foot van trailers, in accordance with the employee’s specific CDL classification and endorsements. Drivers are expected to understand, maintain, and operate strictly within the limits of their commercial license classification and endorsements while performing all assigned duties and responsibilities.The role will primarily focus on a dedicated milk-run route. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class A vehicle to transport materials to various locations.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and organization.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and interactions.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
