CDL Class B Driver – Outdoor Utility Services

Location: Spartanburg, SC

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable CDL Class B Driver to join our team. This position involves operating a company truck and performing a variety of outdoor utility and water service tasks in residential and commercial developments. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and operate company truck daily
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Clean and wash streets in new residential developments
• Fill swimming pools using water truck equipment
• Operate air valves and water distribution systems on the truck
• Connect and disconnect hoses for water supply operations
• Water newly installed grass, landscaping, and sod
• Perform general labor duties, including shoveling and site cleanup
• Follow all CDL, DOT, and company safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class B License
• Clean driving record preferred
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Experience operating water trucks or similar equipment is a plus but not required
