Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Transport goods to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
• Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling and securing of materials.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to operate various types of commercial vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

You should be proficient in:

• Current CDL License
• yard dog
