Responsibilities

• Operate and drive a commercial vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding route changes and delivery schedules.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.
• Assist with route planning and navigation to optimize delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in a commercial vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
