Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Cary to identify a Caster/Foundry Worker to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare steel molds, risers, and clean molten alumium
• Preheat molds using a torch
• Test molten metal quality
• Install heating element or chiller subassemblies into molds
• Assemble molds to production specifications

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment
• Ability to read work orders and use a ruler and calipers
