We are currently recruiting for a Cashier to assist customers with payment transactions at our Coprorate Office in San Jose, CA. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm and offers benefits within 30 days of hire. 

The Cashier is responsible for taking all forms of payment from our cash customers and applying payments into Eclipse system. This includes reconciling payments by daily cash transaction reports and balancing cash drawer. A background or expereince in customer service/cashier/cansh handling and a courteous and professional attitude with our customers. Additional duties include mailing invoices and statements, processing company mail, and updating resale certificates.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Takes all forms of payment from cash customers and applies payment    into Eclipse system.
  • Balances cash drawer.
  • Reconciles daily cashbox journal.
  • Makes changes on tickets as needed for counter sales.
  • Manages postage machine.
  • Updates resale cards.
  • Back up for receptionist.
  • Scans documents and receipts for Accounting Department.
  • Assists Accounts Receivable and Payable departments as needed.                                                           

Education & Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills: Computer Skills: 10-key and computer literate. in MS Office Suite applications
