Responsibilities

• A dedicated craftsman with proven experience in rough in framing, finish carpentry, or related trades.
• Someone who is

hands-on, confident, and precise, with the ability to solve challenges on-site.

• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to achieve project goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a carpenter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in carpentry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background screening and Drug screening will be required for this position.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
