Job Title: Apprentice Carpenter / Construction Laborer

Location: Newton, MA

Pay: $17-22/hr - Depending on Experience

Schedule: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our team as Apprentice Carpenters and Construction Laborers. No extensive carpentry experience is required—we are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn the trade.

Our team specializes in installing pre-fabricated wood framing systems on commercial and multifamily construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on construction experience and build a long-term career in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of pre-fabricated wood framing components.

• Work on commercial and multifamily construction projects.

• Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Follow project plans, measurements, and supervisor instructions.

• Load, unload, and organize materials on job sites.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Construction, carpentry, framing, landscaping, roofing, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.

• Willingness to travel and commute to various job sites throughout the region.

• Strong attendance, reliability, and positive attitude.
