Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding or mechanics preferred.
• Proven experience as a welder mechanic, preferably in the rail industry.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
