FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, a global leader in chemical solutions for the semiconductor manufacturing industry, has an exciting opportunity at our Mesa, AZ facility for a Capital Equipment Manager!
This role will provide full responsibility and accountability for FUJIFILM Electronic Materials (FEUS) company wide capital equipment procurement here in the U.S. The Capital Equipment Manager leads all commercial aspects for procurement in sourcing non-material (MRO) services and capital equipment. This role requires strong understanding of technical and business requirements, business processes, strong business acumen and negotiation skills, ability to manage difficult people and situations, and dealing with ambiguity to successfully navigate across internal and external challenges.
The Capital Equipment Manager collaborates closely with Facilities, Engineering, Legal and Suppliers, establishes and executes RFI/RFP’s, negotiates with suppliers, establishes contracts, and collectively selects and awards contracts, in support of capital investments, and facility maintenance support services. The Capital Equipment Manager will identify and resolve issues with suppliers, provide strong internal leadership through timely communication, and manage and improve supplier performance to ensure goods and services are provided on-time and in-budget.
