  • Increase brand awareness
  • Represent Oshkosh Corporation on campus
  • Get student organizations aware of Oshkosh Corp. and its brands.
  • Increase the number of talented students from target university in the internship program


  • Coordinate discussions/interviews between potential candidates and Oshkosh Corporation
  • Engage professors, clubs, and organizations to set up classroom presentations, partnerships on projects, and Oshkosh Corporation case studies
  • Develop/deliver classroom presentations on the Oshkosh Corporation internship program
  • Work with the career services staff to grow Oshkosh Corporation’s presence on campus
  • Promote the Oshkosh Corporation Internship Program by recruiting prospective students and organizing recruitment events
  • Post information relating to Oshkosh Corporation events on the school website, around campus, etc.
  • Help prepare for career fairs
  • Keep in regular contact with your Campus Team Leader, main Point of Contact
  • Develop new, creative ways to promote Oshkosh Corp. on campus


  • High School Diploma or equivalent working towards an undergraduate degree
  • Computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites to include Microsoft Word, Excel, One Note, PowerPoint, Share Point
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
