Role Summary

onsemi is seeking a results-driven, creative Marketer to join the Campaign Marketing team. As a Campaign Support Specialist, you will support our global campaigns and product introductions. This role is focused to demand creation and content marketing.

In this role you will have the opportunity to build relationships with and work with stakeholders across onsemi including Corporate Marketing, Business Units, Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Distribution partner organizations. This position will ideally be based in Phoenix, AZ, but can be based elsewhere in the US, and report to the Manager, Global Campaigns and Content Marketing within the Corporate Marketing organization.

This role will be a part of the growing onsemi Marketing team. The team is passionate about data, storytelling, and winning customers’ hearts and minds.   • Campaign Planning and Roll-Out
    • Support the planning and implementation of go-to-market product launches and strategic campaigns
    • Coordinate activities such as content creation, graphic design, document translation, corporate website content updates, photography, social media messaging, and video production
    • Assist with campaigns support activities, including measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaigns success
    • Partner with the reporting and analytics team to ensure that the campaigns and leads dashboard is up to date
  • Content Marketing
    • Support the development of short- and long form content that can be customized and adapted across, sales enablement and marketing collateral (e.g., ads, social media, blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, infographics)
    • Define and implement drip nurture campaigns that follow the customers’ buying journey from awareness to purchase with a focus on optimizing content that is made available at the right place, at the right time, to the right audience/decision-maker
  • Drive Brand Presence and Integrity
    • Evangelize consistent use and adoption of the onsemi brand voice and tone across all marketing programs and tactics
    • Maintain and elevate the onsemi brand integrity and core values across external touchpoints


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/Advertising/Journalism or equivalent
    • 3-5 years of Marketing or Marcom experience, preferably in high-tech and B2B companies. Prior experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus, but not a mandate
    • Experience in creating content for a multi-channel marketing approach – ads, web, blogs, brochures, whitepapers, keynotes, industry event presentations, social media, video, etc.
    • Experience in supporting, implementing and measuring end-to-end marketing campaigns
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
    • Solid understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to execute precisely to brand and style guidelines
    • Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for technology, and the flexibility and focus to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
    • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and HTML will be a plus
    • Ability to travel infrequently domestically
