Quality Technician II

Pay: $40–$50 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a Calibration Technician II to calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair measuring instruments and manufacturing test equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, or electronic instrumentation in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Calibrate pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, scales, timers, and electrical instruments.

• Troubleshoot instrumentation and production test equipment.

• Verify instrument accuracy using calibration standards.

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams.

• Document calibration results and maintain quality records.

• Work with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in instrument calibration or instrumentation service.

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, and hydraulic systems.

• Experience using precision measuring instruments and troubleshooting equipment.

• High school diploma plus relevant technical or vocational education.

• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
