This position is within the Mission Management team, more specifically the Calibration (CAL) team. The CAL team provides performance metrics on numerous sub-systems by testing with known resources.
The successful candidate should possess the following attributes: the ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical information to personnel of varied technical expertise, demonstrate project management skills, and the ability to analyze various data sources to determine potential issues. They will be adept at utilizing commercial and proprietary tools in their job and will have the opportunity to create tools to support required analysis.
Understanding of structured programming and ability to create tools utilizing this knowledge.
An Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
Ability to collect data, execute analysis, and make data driven decisions
Strong systems engineering skills
Strong presentation/communication skills
Requires Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) typically 5 years' prior relevant experience
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $152,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
