Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman to join our dynamic team in Appleton, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming concepts into precise technical drawings and plans that will guide our projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on specifications and design concepts.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.
• Review and revise drawings as necessary to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions for future reference.
• Utilize CAD software to produce high-quality visual representations of projects.
• Assist in the development of design standards and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Previous experience in a drafting or design role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and software as needed.
