Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented CAD Designer to join a growing team. This role is responsible for creating and modifying CAD drawings and 3D models, supporting engineering projects, and assisting with machine programming and database management. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering environment and have strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update CAD drawings, blueprints, and 3D models

• Maintain and organize engineering databases and documentation

• Assist with programming and setup of machines/equipment

• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and quality

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on project requirements

• Troubleshoot design or production issues as needed

• Ensure all designs meet company and industry standards

Qualifications:

• Previous CAD design experience preferred

• Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar programs

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

• Manufacturing or machine programming experience is a plus

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $20-23/hr DOE (Depending on Experience)
