Shifts Include:

A Shift Monday-Thursday 6a-4:30p &

B Shift Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5a-5p

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Associate to join our dynamic team in Pelzer SC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and quality control of electrical components, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and systems according to specifications and blueprints.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet established standards.
• Utilize hand tools and electronic testing equipment effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods- Ability to lift up to50 pounds frequently- Ability to bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail- Ability to distinguish colored wires- Drug screen required- Steel-toe boots required
