Schedule: Full-Time

Pay Range: $18–$24/hr

About the Role

We’re hiring a Cable Assembler to build wire harnesses and cable assemblies for electronics, medical devices, and industrial equipment. This role involves hands-on work with wiring, crimping, soldering, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and connectors

• Crimp, strip, solder, and terminate wires according to specs

• Read work instructions, wiring diagrams, and schematics

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

• Use basic hand tools: cutters, crimpers, soldering irons, multimeters

• Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced production environment

Qualifications

• 1+ year of cable/wire assembly or related electronics assembly

• Ability to read basic diagrams and instructions

• Experience with soldering or crimp tools

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently or in a small-team environment
