We are seeking an experienced Cable Assembler to build high-quality cable assemblies for complex and critical applications. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a commitment to producing quality work with minimal rework or scrap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cable assembly tasks including wire prep, stripping, crimping, routing, dressing, and cabinet wiring
  • Operate cable automation and related manufacturing equipment
  • Inspect work to identify defects and ensure compliance with workmanship standards (IPC-620)
  • Read and follow blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and process sheets
  • Use hand tools and semi-automatic tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, presses, and pull testers
  • Support continuous process improvements
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, including proper handling of materials

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of cable assembly or related experience
  • Ability to read technical documents and small print accurately
  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts
  • High attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
