NW Industrial Staffing is recruiting an experience Lead Project Manager for a leading commercial cabinet and architectural millwork manufacturer in Eugene to lead and oversee our project management team within a fast-paced commercial cabinet manufacturing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience, including a mandatory background in Project Management; experience in commercial millwork, cabinetry, or construction is highly preferred.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role preferred
• Strong understanding of construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with project management and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
• Ability to work collaboratively with production teams and field installers

Preferred Experience:

• Background in architectural millwork or commercial cabinetry manufacturing
• Familiarity with shop production workflows and installation coordination
• Knowledge of CNC machining, finishing processes, and custom millwork production
• Experience with high-end commercial or hospitality projects

• Shift: Days
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.
• Pay: $26/h-$33/h {DOE}
