• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist in inventory management and report any material shortages.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in woodworking or carpentry is a plus.
• Proven experience in cabinet assembly or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
