C-UAS Integrated Product Support Specialist

Will support the Integrated Fires Rapid Capabilities Office (IFRCO) Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) Logistics Division. Candidate must be able to plan, manage, analyze and budget for system requirements across all Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements over the program life cycle, and integrate results into program of record documentation. Serves as a logistics management specialist responsible for interpreting, planning, evaluating, and coordinating the effective implementation of the logistics programs. Will attend weekly meetings, track action items from meetings, and maintain a program calendar with input from multiple stakeholders. Candidate will represent the IFRCO C-UAS Logistics Division’s interests within multiple Integrated Product Teams, review prime contractor deliverables, and provide engineering analysis. Candidate will provide direct input in solving issues involving diverse staffs, stakeholders, and resources. Candidate must possess the ability to communicate and interact with Senior Staff on a routine basis.

Applicant should be goal-oriented and experienced in effectively meeting program milestones, while providing solutions to a range of complex technical problems. Applicants must possess critical thinking skills to address acquisition mandates and Warfighter requirements. Must have the ability to analyze, organize, plan, and administer various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for one or more basic programs using established procedures. Will analyze basic contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, maintenance practices, and related reports for contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements. Will assist in conducting distribution and network studies, monitoring inventory and analyzing requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired product delivery times. Must have demonstrated ability to resolve Product Development challenges and/or regulatory/ compliance issues and to recommend process, product, or service improvements. Will be responsible for solving unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on Product Development. Candidate may oversee the creation/alteration of briefings and provide acquisition support and technical analysis as requested. Prior experience utilizing the Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) and Department of Defense databases, such as the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and Army Enterprise Portal (AESIP), for property management and property accountability is desired. Will perform other Logistics duties as assigned.

Type of experience required:

Experience with United States Army defense systems, processes and procedures, is highly desired. Excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills, and oral and written communications are required. Excellent knowledge, skills, and abilities using Microsoft Office products are required. Must be able to lift heavy equipment, with some two-man carry requirements. Work will be performed in warehouse facilities, military airfields, Government test sites, equipment storage yards, defense contractor facilities, and office facilities. Some work may be required in inclement weather conditions.

Required qualifications:

  • A current, active Secret security clearance is required
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university, with a concentration in Supply Chain Management or Engineering, and a minimum of 4-7 years of Integrated Product Support experience in a Government Program Office is required. 10-12 years of relative experience may be substituted for education.
  • Up to 25% travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations is anticipated.
