Job Description

The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $70k. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for Managed Care and Home Health Agency contract loading to Byram ERP including products, therapies, reimbursement rates, and payer rules; product coding, payer profitability, regulatory and policy compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review, evaluate, and implement product coding requests for all payer types
  • Identify and resolve payer specific reimbursement and contractual loading issues
  • Review, load, and implement managed care and HHA contracts including amendments and fee schedules; update and evaluate fee schedules as requested
  • Loading, review, and maintenance of special pricing records and exceptions
  • Prepare Home Health Agreements and pricing documentation
  • Load and track contract key elements and changes in MediTract
  • Support Toolbox updates and requests

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years professional experience; contracting, payer relations, medical billing, coding preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) policies and regulations preferred
  • Little to not travel, less than 10%
