The Information Workplace Services Analyst for Business Workplace Infrastructure Service/Operations will provide infrastructure support and oversight of operational metrics and data related to LAN/WAN infrastructure, wireline billing, and billing discrepancies. This role will be responsible for the successful implementation and integration of DT Infrastructure Operational Service metrics across all RI&S sites for assigned efforts/projects, specifically engaging Enterprise Services, IT finance, and interfacing with supplier managers. This role will escalate to DT leadership for issues related to data access, operational performance, and financial data risks.
Building DT Operational metrics based on existing data and integration to completion
Integrate LAN / WAN business unit and enterprise operational data for tracking and reporting.
Conduct cost data evaluation for vendor invoices on LAN/WAN data, and standard reviews of operational target metrics associated with that data
Provide performance evaluation, engaging leadership in defining targets, and operational requirements needing tracking.
Monitor internal and external service providers to ensure they are performing to contractual requirements using Raytheon standards and processes; analyzing and acting upon SLA and metrics data to ensure customer service and customer satisfaction
Provide supporting data to DT AOP forecast for the services provided, and operational expenditures.
Identify continuous improvement efforts for the operational services
1-2 years or more of IT Operations or equivalent intern experience
Strong interpersonal, leadership, influence, and communication skills
Team player with a collaborative mindset with ability to work with multiple disciplines, driven by quality and customer satisfaction
Attention to detail, with drive, initiative, and motivation
Needs to be able to attain a clearance

The salary range for this role is $48,000.00 to $89,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
