We are seeking a Buyer to join a growing food manufacturing team in Iron Ridge, WI. This role is responsible for sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, and supporting day-to-day procurement and supply chain operations. While food industry experience is a plus, we are open to candidates with strong purchasing or manufacturing backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials, products, and services
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders
• Monitor inventory levels and support demand forecasting
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Resolve issues related to quality, pricing, or delivery delays
• Collaborate with operations, production, and logistics teams
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Buyer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role
• Manufacturing or supply chain experience preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
