Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate suppliers to identify potential vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Resolve any issues related to supply chain and vendor performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar purchasing role.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
