Job Description

onsemi is looking for experienced Business Unit Planning Manager who will provide focus to effective strategies, set high personal and linked organizational goals and expectations, and disciplined execution to exceed those goals for growing Power Solutions Group. You will interface with assigned Business Unit(s), Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain Staff, Finance, and Human Resources. Fast paced, challenging environment that provides growth opportunities. This role is an individual contributor role.

Performance Objectives:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Align Supply with Demand Strategies set forth by Business Unit
• Meet budget targets
• Meet OTD to CRD Target (customer requirements)
• Manage Inventory to Desired levels
• Maximize Capacity Utilization
• Drive Supply Chain Management processes on a global basis

• BS/BA in Supply Chain Management (or related field)
• 3 years of SCMS work experience or BS/BA in business, or MBA
• Strong Supply Chain Knowledge
• Basic understanding with Advanced Planning System, Master Planner, Order Management, Demand Manager
• Position requires up to 15% travel

Preferred:

• Supply Chain management experience in the semiconductor field
• Planning experience in a large corporate, multiple business unit environment
• Experience with Rapid Response by Kinaxis
• Extensive understanding of the Sales and Operations Planning processes
• Strong analytical skills
