, quality, and business objectives are achieved.Responsibilities- Lead all operations for the industrial cut and sew product line.
Oversee manufacturing line setup, production, and daily operations.
Manage production, quality, cost control, profitability, and budget performance.
Recruit, train, supervise, and develop hourly manufacturing employees.
Ensure production and quality goals are achieved in accordance with the plant business plan.
Manage inventory, material flow, and customer relationships.
Source equipment for the dedicated manufacturing operation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive manufacturing environment.
Qualifications- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in an industrial cut and sew manufacturing environment.
Experience programming and operating CNC textile cutting equipment.
Experience with single and twin needle sewing equipment.
Experience working within an ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Ability to read customer drawings and develop Bills of Material (BOMs).
Experience with industrial textile sourcing and material management.
Strong leadership, communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of plastics, thermoforming, and cut and sew manufacturing required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Education- Textile Engineering degree or equivalent textile manufacturing background preferred.
Salary$65K - $85K
