As a Business Systems Analyst (Supply Chain & Distribution) within our Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team, you will play a key role in improving the systems and processes that support distribution operations. Working closely with business stakeholders, product management, and development teams, you'll turn business needs into practical solutions, help drive technology initiatives from requirements through implementation, and support the continuous improvement of warehouse and order management capabilities.

This is a hybrid role based in San Diego, CA, Atlanta, GA, or Indianapolis, IN.

You'll join Global Technology Solutions (GTS), partnering across Supply Chain and Distribution Operations while serving as a trusted expert in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management, and business process improvement.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities, and recommend system and process improvements.
• Lead discussions around business processes, operational requirements, and technology initiatives.
• Gather, analyse, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Define and document business processes, procedures, workflows, and data flows across operational systems.
• Configure system settings and options to support business requirements and operational excellence.
• Serve as a systems expert for Order Management and Warehouse Management solutions, including integrated third-party systems and business intelligence tools.
• Support Distribution Operations by providing guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing system expertise to end users.
• Act as a subject matter expert for systems and processes supporting distribution activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive projects from requirements gathering through testing, implementation, and adoption.
• Monitor project outcomes and business results, recommending changes to maximise effectiveness and achieve objectives.
• Evaluate tools, technologies, and process improvements that enhance performance and reduce operational costs.
• Lead systems testing activities and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts.
• Deliver training and support to end users to encourage successful adoption of new capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve business and systems issues.
• Apply change management and communication practices to support organisational readiness and adoption.

What You Bring

• Experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems, ideally HighJump/Körber.
• Experience supporting Order Management, Order Fulfilment, Shipping, and Inventory processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations within a supply chain environment.
• Understanding of Bill of Materials, Manufacturing, Procurement, Forecasting, and Planning processes.
• Experience working with data analysis tools and applications.
• Familiarity with SQL and the ability to write basic database queries.
• Strong business process analysis, facilitation, and project coordination capabilities.
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate across functions.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and change management practices.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical information for diverse audiences.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is valued.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience working with integrated supply chain technology environments.
