We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver software services on a ServiceNow platform. The analyst will be responsible for requirements management, system testing and validation, and business process modeling.

A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of eleven (11) year’s relevant experience required.
Requirements Management:
Elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements through stakeholder requirements discovery sessions.
Create and maintain detailed system requirement specifications and user requirement documents
Support traceability matrices to ensure alignment between business needs, system capabilities, and test plans.
Business Process Modeling:
Map current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) business processes.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and system automation opportunities
Collaborate with process owners to validate workflows and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and functional requirements
System Testing and Validation:
Develop system and user acceptance test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria
Coordinate and execute functional, regression, and integration testing efforts
Assist in defect triage and resolution with development teams
Programmatic Status Reporting:
Assisting in preparing and delivering regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to project stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Track deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation using project management tools
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:
Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, technical architects, and developers
Ensure stakeholder needs are translated into feasible, scalable system designs
Support change management and training efforts by delivering process documentation and end-user materials
