The Business Process Coordinator member supports and helps coordinate internal business process management activities. This role assists with documentation and mapping of business processes and also provides project administrative support.


Business Process Mapping & Documentation Support

  • Support documentation of key business processes
  • Receive process information and map business process flows
  • Translate process maps or other process representations into draft SOP procedures
  • Work with internal stakeholders to prepare new or make changes to existing SOPs where required

Project Administrative Support

  • Monitoring the daily progress of projects
  • Attend and summarize meeting notes
  • Assign and monitor daily tasks and communication for key initiatives
  • Create reports and updates for the project manager and other members of management.
  • Create and update dashboards for selected initiatives

Other activities

  • The role holder may be required to manage other packaging, launch, labelling and product security related projects within supply chain

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors or Associates degree in business, project management, or a STEM discipline
  • 1 - 3+ years of relevant experience 
  • Data analysis skills
  • Communications skills, including written, oral, and presentation
  • Project management skills
  • Microsoft office tools
  • Ability to quickly create PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent writing skills and command of the English language

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Lean six sigma yellow belt
  • Project management certification
