onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Global Supply Chain Operations team, located in Phoenix, AZ. As a Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager, you will have the opportunity to improve the onsemi end-to-end supply chain, develop solutions in alignment with stakeholders, and implement these solutions. Performance Objectives

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

-Contribute to the formation and execution of the Supply Chain vision and strategy.

-Identify, diagnose and execute on opportunities to improve the end-to-end Supply Chain.

-Document the “As Is” systems and processes (example : Supply Prioritization /Supply Planning, Escalations etc.).

-Develop the “To Be” systems and processes.

-Create detailed plans to move from the “As Is” state to the desired “To Be” state.

-Communicate plans and ensure stakeholders buy in.

-Develop KPIs and metrics and report progress on a regular cadence.

-Execute to plans.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Semiconductor (Preferred).

-10+ years' experience in supply chain, project management (preferred semiconductor industry)

-Direct experience in designing and defining processes and workflow modeling across all levels (Processes, sub-processes, activities, tasks, methods, and procedures).

-Expertise in continuous improvement best practices.

-Ambitious work ethic with the desire to get others engaged in the larger picture goal.

-Experience with data analysis, reporting, and modeling tools (Excel, Qlikview, etc.) is preferred.

-Experience in multiple, cross-functional supply chain process areas.

-Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

-Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

-Commitment to producing high-quality ,cutting-edge deliverables.

-Exceptional consulting of supply gap and communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization.

-Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Business Process Professional(CBPP) or Certified Business Process leader(CBPL) Qualification (Preferred).
