As a Physical Space Business Partner, you will lead the operations, coordination, and optimization of the physical spaces that support Target’s Store Experience teams. This role helps ensure teams have an exceptional workplace experience while maximizing the effectiveness of shared environments, including the Mock Store and POG Room.
In this role, you will drive the execution of physical space processes that enable HQ Visual interactions and support enhanced guest experiences in stores. You will own the planning, scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day operations of shared physical environments, including space allocation, walk-through coordination, readiness planning, and ongoing utilization across teams.
You will also manage budgets, invoicing, and operational processes tied to physical space operations, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and aligned to evolving business needs. Through strong organization, communication, and project management, you will establish routines with key partners, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and help create consistent ways of working across stakeholders.
This role requires strong cross-functional partnership, operational excellence, and a continuous improvement mindset. You will work closely with internal and external partners to solve challenges, improve processes, optimize space utilization, and support business priorities. You will also provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to peers and L2 team members, helping build capability and consistency across the team.
As a subject matter expert and trusted partner, you will influence outcomes through collaboration, expertise, and relationship building. You will lead complex initiatives, champion best practices, and help evolve how Store Experience manages and utilizes physical spaces.
