Business Ops Specialist (Business Operations)

The Boeing Company is looking for Business Operations Specialists (Level 4) to support the Customer Support team in Seal Beach, California.

The selected candidate will work with the Director of Field Service, our extensive global Field Service team, and other functional leadership supporting multiple aspects within Boeing Customer Support.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and integration of strategies and processes within Customer Support including integration with multiple Boeing Enterprise organizations
• Process owner and facilitator of Field Service Change Board, which involves partnering with 30+ managers to determine staffing plans for 120+ international bases, Entry-Into-Service and Enhanced Support, and Airline Operational Safety Support teams
• Ability to support global team across multiple time zones
• Collect, organize and provide data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of projects to ensure successful execution and integration across the value stream
• Lead the coordination of the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies.
• Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines project plans as needed.
• Coordinate and clarify the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and objectives.
• Ensures follow up action for issue resolution
• Experience working with and communicating with executive leadership
• Presents plans to executive leadership to gain approval

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience managing projects
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and/or leading initiatives
• 2+ years of working with senior leaders
• Ability to work variable hours throughout the month to support work statement within the 40 hour work week

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $ $115,000 (0.85) – $125,000 (0.92).
