Product Support Finance is looking for a Business Manager to lead a portfolio of internal domestic and international programs within the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) product line. The role will provide guidance, development, and direction for a team of 7 finance professionals with 3 direct reports. This role will lead internal earned value management activities, IPDS gate activities, quarterly estimates at complete (EAC), and all other program financial control activities. Additional responsibilities include the monthly forecast process, annual operating plans, long range plan, and associated risk and opportunities. The effective candidate will be able to effectively communicate results through predictable P&L management, R&O management, EAC packages, Program Management Reviews, and timely information to organization. The finance manager will also ensure the team adhere to all internal and IOT policies.

The position will support proposal activities, monitor capital projects and other internal investment activities. The role will need to be able to communicate with all levels of management, operate in a dynamic environment, and effectively team across functions to accomplish goals. The effective candidate will prioritize all deliverables and review direct reports work product for quality and accuracy of reports. Critical thinking ability, effective communication, and ability to impact, motivate and partner with team members are critical responsibilities for this role. More broadly, this position is responsible for all financial management and analysis as contributor, and via direct reports, of their program portfolio from proposal to close-out along with the FP&A duties and reporting requirements throughout implementation. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Required Skills:

• Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, etc).
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with ability to work with and communicate seamlessly with manager(s) and program personnel across various locations and time zones
• Must be proficient at analyzing data and information necessary to ensure program performance to plan and to ensure that problem areas are identified, and corrective action is taken
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Planning, organizing, and negotiating skills
• Experience with Proposals and BOE development
• Knowledge of different cash payment agreements and terms
• Familiarity with and working knowledge of SAP/APEX/PRISM/BW/Rplan/ACES
• Excellent desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office (Excel, Project, Word and PowerPoint)
• Prior managerial experience with overseeing direct reports
• Must be US Citizen
• Minimum 8 years’ work experience

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Proposal Compliance or Pricing Lead
• Knowledge of types of IOTs (1IB & 2IB)
• Experience with commercial contracts including with domestic & foreign customers
• Experience with accounting activities such as trial balance, hedging, foreign exchange/currency translation, etc.
• Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial direction on Raytheon Policies and Procedures
• Experience with interpreting and providing guidance on FAR/DFAR
• EVMS Certified
• A demonstrated leader through IPDS Gate Requirements

Required Education:

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Requires practical knowledge in guiding and managing the implementation of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.

Typically has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
