Business Management Trainee

 

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are called upon to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks? Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an intelligent, motivated self-starter to assist the General Manager on special projects to maximize effectiveness and enhance the growth of the company.  All the while, you will be working side by side with a variety of departments and across many functions. This candidate must be passionate about their role and possess the initiative to proactively manage the responsibilities and tasks the position brings.  The ideal candidate will possess discretion, good judgment, and maturity.

Essential responsibilities and duties include:

  • Assist the General Manager with special business projects pertaining to many facets of the organization
  • Anticipate needs and be one step ahead always
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, PowerPoint presentations and reports
  • Prepare and respond to incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Assist in the orchestration of a smooth running and efficient environment
  • Perform general office administration and management functions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with internal employees and external associates

Required qualifications:

  • Recent college graduate with a Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts, preferred 
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Enjoys working on multiple projects simultaneously, able to work accurately and effectively under pressure
  • Team player with the ability to interface with all levels of management within and outside the company
  • Outstanding communication and listening skills
  • Strong and well-advanced administrative support skills
  • Valid Driver's License
