Communicate and collaborate with the client and software development teams to analyze information needs and functional requirements to deliver the Business Scoping document Understand and drive the business requirements gathering from Product Management and Client perspective. Proven track record in gathering, definition and specification of requirements (Business requirement documents, user stories etc.) and excellent documentation skills producing user stories with clear acceptance criteria Experience working with the QA teams on functional testing and providing them with the test data & test cases Independently prepare High level estimations, detailed design documents and do impact analysis of changes on the product Detailed design walk-through with Product Management and Client and getting Product Management / Client sign-off Convert client approved requirements into different components and provide inputs to developers on Coding and Unit testing Conduct client demos and sign offs Extensive experience of participating in the full lifecycle of Agile software development environment, with roles being played in Scrum teams Prior experience as a business analyst having performed the above-mentioned activities in Capital Markets Brokerage Operations is essential with good understanding of the Trade life cycle activities Excellent written and oral communication skills CBAP / Agile scrum certifications would be an added advantage
