SUMMARY: Responsible for managing and optimizing the CRM systems and sales operations by maintaining accurate customer data, generating and analyzing performance reports, and supporting lead generation efforts. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external partners to drive data-informed strategies, streamline processes, and enhance overall business performance while overseeing contracts and customer engagement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Act as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM System Administrator, maintaining and improving the system, and developing both standard and customized reports to monitor business performance.
- Collaborate with outside sales representative organizations and their teams to gather required data on individual facilities, marketing campaigns, trade shows, sample fulfillment, and other business needs as they arise.

- Serve as an inside sales and lead generation specialist, identifying and qualifying prospects to support sales representatives in scheduling appointments.

- Maintain and update customer data from external databases (e.g., Definitive Healthcare) to support sales teams, campaign development, and contact analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer records and sales data within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Perform data entry related to key metrics, sales figures, and other critical business information.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking key performance indicators and trends.
- Use data insights to improve sales effectiveness and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage current and upcoming contracts and carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the medical device industry with 3 years as a Business Development Support Specialists
- 5 Years Experience working with an industry related CRM tool focusing on sales reporting process and report generation.
- Proficient in the use of sales and office software such as customer databases, and MS Office applications.
- People skills for building strong relationships with team members and clients.
- Time management skills to juggle various tasks and meet deadlines.
