Outside Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)

Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with local businesses and help them find the right talent. This is a door-to-door, outside sales role where you’ll work within a set territory, meeting business owners, identifying hiring needs, and offering staffing solutions that support both companies and job seekers in the community.

This is a salary-based position with additional monthly incentives based on performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect for new clients through door-to-door outreach and manage existing accounts
  • Meet face-to-face with business leaders to understand hiring and HR needs
  • Present customized staffing solutions using a consultative approach
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Partner with the internal team to align recruiting with client needs
  • Represent the company professionally and follow all employment laws

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for sales and helping the local community
  • Comfortable with in-person, door-to-door sales activity
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-driven and results-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic tech skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and sales experience preferred
