- Identify and develop regular and steady new business with an emphasis on diversifying our revenue mix in the Industrial sector.
- Participates in marketing planning within the assigned territory.
- Develops solid working relationships with the CARBO representatives in the assigned territory.
- It is essential that the Sales Professional actively pursue relationships with customer contacts at all levels of the organization for Industrial Sales.
- Manage assigned accounts on a local basis to an agreed upon strategy with measured Success Factors.
- Interface with the Manufacturing Group and operations in a consistent manner with clear communication.
- Effectively use and compile CRM data in a presentable manner.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for AssetGuard growth.
- Establish AssetGuard as a lead industrial product supplier to national partners.
- Develop and document existing and new customer needs, current and projected.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with approved reseller partners.
- Develop and execute the partner sales strategy for AssetGuard distributed products including but not limited to pre-sprayed liner, tank base, and mobile spill containment.
- Represents AssetGuard at critical industrial conferences and tradeshows.
- Performs other related duties and/or special projects as required.
The successful candidate must have:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Requires strong verbal and written communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and proven attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adapting to changes quickly.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
