Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead sales initiatives and foster revenue growth across two divisions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting strategic sales plans, identifying and engaging with potential new customers, and driving business expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for assigned divisions.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective customers through targeted outreach efforts, presentations, and networking events.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand product offerings, market trends, and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Experience in Plastic Injection Molding is a plus.
