A FEW ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
· Engage target marketplace: (Hydraulic fluid Conditioning systems, Commercial transportation solutions, etc.)
o Voice of the customer
o Identify explicit, implied, & latent requirements
o Develop & deploy prospect / customer management system
· Develop marketing process which overwhelms customer with improved productivity, reliability, and cost.
· Engage in critical thinking with an insatiable appetite to learn
· Challenge the status quo
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years’ experience in Sales, Product Development or Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent leadership skills and accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of CRM & Microsoft Office
- Ability to self-motivate and be productive leading disparate team members
- BS/BA is not a requirement but a plus
- Highly mechanical with prior experience in solving just about everything
