Job Summary:

The IT DR/BC/IR Analyst is responsible for spearheading IAA’s technology-related Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Incident Response processes. This highly curious and proactive member of the Global Risk Management team will be responsible for these critical processes across the organization, including: Optimizing, planning and overseeing regular Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity drill and testing processes, aligning the Enterprise technology and business practices. In addition to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity areas, this role will be responsible as the overall coordinator for Incident Response plans, checklists, and capabilities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Planning and overseeing regular Disaster Recovery drill and testing processes to include managing scheduling the drills and the associated lessons learned through making improvements
  • Subject Matter Expert in Business Continuity, highly aligned with ISO 22301:2019 – Security and resilience processes and activities and plans drills and testing in this area
  • Managing the IAA Incident Response (IR) Plan and working with the Information Security Operations and Information Security Compliance teams to ensure it is current and optimized
  • Scheduling, planning, and preparing the activities associated with and completing ongoing IR tabletop exercises
  • Provide input into Enterprise IT and Information Security Policy and Standards Validates current compliance with outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies

  • Inquisitive mindset with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate end to end business processes
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to a fast-paced culture, changes in the environment and shifts in priorities
  • Microsoft Office/Excel proficient

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of various compliance requirements (SOX, SOC etc.)
  • Familiarity with various SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
  • Strong analysis, presentation, writing, and communication skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Exhibit high ethical standards, possess a professional work ethic, have a strong desire to learn new skills
  • ITIL knowledge or certification a plus


  • BS, Computer Science degree or equivalent job experience with progressive job responsibilities

Years of Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in IT Governance and/or IT Risk or Operations

License/Certificate Required:

  • Security+ and/or ITIL certifications are a plus

Travel Requirement:

  • Up to 10%
